At first, I’d like to look back to the past since I has started my first successful dish. It was on June 4th and my cooking journey has begun.
The
scone I made was inspired by Jamie Oliver (an Eminent Chef from England) as all
his recipes are simple and easy to make which I can follow step by step as a
newbie. However, the recipe above I’ve adjusted a little to suit my preference.
(I moved out 2 tsps of sugar.)
Writing in 2023, so far, I do still follow the recipe.
